Free iPods (yeah right)
Day after day I surf the net checking my usual websites and day after day I am amazed at the number of "Free iPod" ads. I decided to click on a few of the links to see what their "offers" were all about. After perusing some of the lengthy "Policys" and "Terms of Agreements" I came to the conclusion that there were no "Free iPods" to be had. I did a little more research and stumbled upon an article by David Lazrus published in the San Francisco Chronicle about a year ago. Mr. Lazrus has some very interesting findings for those of you who truly believe that you will recieve a "Free iPod" with no strings attached.
Get iPods the Old Fashioned Way....with $$$

As a bit of news the exclusive contract Verizon Wireless had with the "Magenta" RAZR V3c (CDMA) has expired. As such, Motorola has released the "Pink" (yes, now it's pink, not magenta) RAZR V3 (GSM) to Cingular Wireless. It will become available 2/6/2006 with "extremely-limited quantities."
Oh, also the PEBL has been released to T-Mobile from Motorola. It's basically a RAZR that looks like a rock (hence PEBL).
